What is Abundance?
Many of us choose to define wealth as money and possessions and pursue it at all costs.
Instead, we could view wealth as abundance – richness in what we desire. A profusion of things that are good.
Once you realise that wealth is not about money and instead focus on Abundance, it leads us to focus on what truly matters.
Defining wealth as abundance requires us to understand what we desire and what we value – remember wealth is the abundance of something desirable. It requires us the think about what really matters. And to also ask ourselves what do we truly value. If we truly value our family and want to spend our time with them, thinking abundantly would have us seek money-making opportunities that would enable us to devote more time with them.
That’s why I am interested in “Abundance”. It’s a powerful concept. When we focus on our desires across the 7 Elements of Life and redefine our ultimate goal not to retire at 65 but instead to live an abundant life now. When you cultivate prosperity in the 7 Elements of Life, money will come.
